 She’s a fun, friendly and creative Image Consultant that shows women how to search out and strut their savvy style one closet at a time.
Her extensive interest in image began to bud at a very early age as her obsession with color and make-up took hold. Even then, they said “lipstick runs through her veins”.
After her school career in applying make-up and styling her own friends, she moved on to getting paid for her know-how and talent. She honed her skills while working for 2 of the world’s largest cosmetics companies, Estee Lauder and Lancôme. Here she established herself as the company’s youngest Counter Manager, and had the highest increase in sales for the brand in Canada. She showed gazoodles of women how to look and feel gorgeous without batting an eyelash!
She transitioned into the world of Human Resources and Recruiting where she witnessed the impact of the interrelated relationship between appearance, behavior, confidence and success – and where’s she spent the past 14 years.
From HR Executive to Entrepreneur!
Leslie launched her own company IMPACT Image Essentials Group Inc. in 2005 to unleash her own passion of helping women feel fabulous and look luscious.
Out of 39 certified image consultants across Canada, Leslie is Canada’s only jointly certified Image Consultant AND Human Resources Professional (AICI FLC, CHRP). That’s not all…she is ONLY 1 of 407 certified Image Consultants in the world to hold both designations.

Her volunteer efforts include teaching students and new Canadians how to make a positive, and lasting impact while seeking employment and beyond.
She also specializes in teaching women how to express their most bold and beautiful self by choosing:
- Colors that make them radiant
- Garments that fit and flatter
- Styles that speak their personality
AND creating a head to heels “look” that’s liberating and TOTALLY authentic and unique! (without the ridicule, embarrassment and judgment that you see on TV).

Leslie also writes articles and style tips for magazines and websites.
Her warmth and passion for taking the fear out of fashion is what Leslie has shared with thousands in her presentations, training and writing.
She lives in Alberta, Canada and confesses she’s been seen at the local grocery store, very early on a Saturday morning donning a ball cap, sunglasses and NO make-up!
