IMPACT Image Essentials Group Inc. proudly stands behind the quality of all our products. Every item sold by IMPACT Image Essentials is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your product, it can be returned for a full refund.
You may return any item in the original unused state and unaltered in any way within 10 days of receipt of goods for a refund, shipping and handling charges excluded.
IMPACT Image Essentials reserves the right to refuse returns on any item that has not been used or cared for in the manner it was intended. Specifically, care instructions on Susan Bixby Designer Twin Set separates, or One Soles footwear.
Cosmetics and skin care will be refunded if an allergic reaction is experienced within 30 days of receipt of product. Refunds beyond 30 days will be individually evaluated and assessed.

We request information from you on our order forms and workshop registration forms. To make a purchase or to register for an upcoming workshop, you must provide contact information (name, address, phone number and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes, to fill your orders or register you for a workshop. If we experience difficulty in processing your order, we'll use this information to contact you.
Shipping charges can vary greatly depending on bulk, weight, destination, insurance and other factors so are determined on a per order basis. Insurance can vary but generally is $4.00 per $1000 of value of the goods being shipped. For shipping outside Canada, FedEx is required for any high value packages.
If an item is in stock it will be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of payment. Deliver times will vary but generally will take 2 business days within Canada, 3 business days in North America and 7 business days internationally. Please note this does not include potential delays which may occur at customs for inspection. |
